Randy has worked at Artscapes Campbell for nearly a decade and specializes in designing imaginative custom framing treatments. He is also a painter of large-scale pen, ink and watercolor studies of flowers and butterflies that have been exhibited widely and are in the collections of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and New York’s MOMA, among others. His training includes studying at the Rudolph Schaeffer School of Design in San Francisco. Read Randy’s artist statement and view examples of his work.
A skilled designer and framer who has been with Artscapes for five years, Sylvia holds a BFA from the Massachusetts College of Art. She is a watercolorist who specializes in doing work en plein air, and is an active member of the Santa Clara Valley Watercolor Society. You can see more of her work on her blog, Plein Air Muse, which chronicles her painting journeys to different landscapes throughout Silicon Valley and the U.S. As someone who has researched her family’s genealogical history for two decades, she has a highly developed sense of how to handle and best present vintage pieces, ephemera, and family memorabilia.
Artscapes’ owner/master framer Glenn Young meets with clients both in Maui and Campbell. Read Glenn’s profile.
